Return eamil to client is very hard to write lerh....

tonight i spent 2 hours to write the return email lerh.... T_T it is really hard.... one of them is like a introduction to website programming.... wah wah wah maybe I can write some teaching materials for web begininer lerh.... I found it really challenging to tell someone, who totally dont know website, about what is administration tools.... T_____T.... he thought it is provided by the server.... ~~~ BBBEEEAAARRR.....
but at the end, I survived!!!!!! yeah,,,, I can sleep la...
