City Magazine

I am quite upset by the magazines in hk... almost all of them are SHIT! fucking damn shit! They are either like a shopping catalog or all about the celebraties... most of the photos are horrible. um.... yup this is not a news anyway... The only one I can find it done by heart in HK is the City Magazine. Life-style + fashion... a very common catagory for magazine. But you just find it different from the others.... Althought I just start reading it for a year or something...., it's already like one of my old friends.... :D
I can't believe I had missed it's 30th years issue T___T... but Jesse said he will show me later ^______^ thanks!! Yeah, I will go to see their exhibition for their 30's bday ^___^ I know I will have a great time!! :D
We really have not much choice... Hope that this magazine will last forever la...:D

Let's take some risks 2

Yup, just think that I should correct a bit of the previous post... The last risk I have taken wasn't quitting the job but extending the flight for a month. £500 debts + no income was what I've paid. Obviously I didn't archive what I aimed on. I didn't got a job for staying. It didn't help the relationship. But I've learnt a lot from Stephane. I've earned the memories between us. I've opened my eyes even wider. I understand myself much more than before. I took some more nice photos. I earned a lot of friendship (Bernard, Charlies, Richie, Gergory, Tina, etc~~~). I didn't expect they would treat me as good!!!! I've got the experience which I would never have if I just go back straight.

What stephane got from his risk to quit everything in Paris is also incredible. (Kinn: mememememememe!!!) He'd got the chance to work with the best animation companies and people in the world. He'd also got the memories with me. :D He'd got some more friends he would never have chance to make. He'd opened his eyes/mind wider, etc etc.... what he paid was just merely to experience some stress + a little debts.

We should change the definition of the word "RISK" in dictioary from now on. It is no more "exposure to the chance of injury or loss; a hazard or dangerous chance". It is no more "The possibility of suffering harm or loss; danger.", or " A factor, thing, element, or course involving uncertain danger; the danger or probability of loss to an insurer; the amount that an insurance company stands to lose; the variability of returns from an investment; the chance of nonpayment of a debt; one considered with respect to the possibility of loss: a poor risk." not all these shit. But it should be written as 1.the possibility of not archiving what you aimed, and also the possibility of archiving what you aimed. 2. the possibility of gainning what you didn't expect. 3. The force which can push you onto the next stage.

By the way, Stef, can you promise me something? next time I come back to visit you... can you please bring me to southern France? I do want to go there with you... (I earned the right to request something from you as well ^_^)

Ah indeed.... the last risk wasn't even extending the flight, but trying to take 2 hand luggages on board!!!! And I got so many things extra to bring back home. I learnt how much my friends love me (they wait for me in the airport for fucking long!!!). Well... what I paid was, I missed the good bye to Stef and all my firends T___T. I lost the jacket and the cap I love coz of taking too many things by myself. It doesn't seems be a good example :P... anyway... if I didn't take the risks... I would have nothing to say and write here... ^_^ so... let's find some risks to take tomorrow!

This is probably the first movie I have seen in cinema by myself this year... um... If imdb have the record for this movie, I would rate it as 7. "Movie by Pang's brother" was the main reason to pull me into the cinema.... They haven't disappointed me so far... :D And I like the kind of movie they take anyway... the kinda story or topic they talk about always interesting me. Surprisingly, those young actors didn't disappoint me.... Maybe the whole setting and the mood being created help a lot. Well... I should still say it.. they have done a good job ^_^.

First week in HK

The first week in HK is not that great... still fuckin' hot... and humid... come on.... at the beginning of Nov... stilll 29 degrees!... what's wrong with it.. ?!
On the other hand... I found the people on the street looks even worse than I thought..... they all looks the same actually.... and the street and the shops look really similar to the mainland China's...
Nothing in the shops attracted me.... it is so horrible for someone love buying as much as I m...!

The Prestige (2006)

Yeah I just like Christian Bale!!!! he is always cool!!!!!~~~ I was so surprise when I see him in the movie. I didn't see anything about the movie before going into the cinema :D:D haha.... The story was great! The director is the one who shoot Memento... and surely it's up to standard.... Magic, such a wonderful topic! and he just make it wonderful! The art direction side was fantastic! Although the lighting things was a bit strange in the scene where the scientist was inventing the machine to transfer the object from one side to another. Let's go to the link and see more review la... what I can say is... I love this movie... and I rated it as 9 lerh!!!!

Love is the Devil (1998)

I would say... if you never see this movie, please find it and watch it seriously... Why I watched it was only because it is a movie about Francis Bacon. I went to the Tate Modern before coming back to HK and saw quite a bit of his works. I really like his works and his name, haha. Visually, it is just amazing!! The director play with a lot of camera angle + reflections, applied quite a lot of experimental effect (optically). Maybe I didn't watch the movie detail enough... haha but I just love it. I think if I have to direct a movie, I would do similar thing. And also, I do like the soundtrack! See other review~

The conclusion is, all movies about artists are good (another great one was Frida. Although I don't like her work, the movie was very good!) :D. So far, I still haven't seen any movie about artists that are not doing good... maybe people doing this kind of movie are all putting heart into doing the movies or they must like the artist. Or, maybe I m just simply lucky :D...

I have watched a couple of movie on the flight during the 11 hours journey, coz I couldn't really sleep on the flight... The seat on Virgin are just soo narrow...

Pirates of the Caribian (I didn't finsih watching it indeed... just didn't want to watch it in such a tiny screen)

X-men (6.5, I don't hate it indeed. The special effect there are nice, although I couldn't quite sure in the small little screen :P. The story can't be amazing for this kind of movie anyway... um... it is just simply not my type of movie... 6.5 is the rating for something I can't really judge, haha)

The Devil Wares Parda (6, who told me it is not bad?? honestly, the story is pretty shit. And, who told me Meryl Streep had a perfect act? I am sure that is not her best and not even called good. The only thing I think is good in the movie is the stylist... It was just brilliant! But unfortunately, it isn't enough to make it a good movie.)

The Omen 666 (didn't finish coz of the flight was arriving, but I think it is not a bad movie, until what I have watched. The story is not bad)
haha... maybe I have watched one more movie there... but I can't remember lo... maybe thats not quite good as well.... :D

T______T left the uk finally.... In the last day, in the airport, It was so incredible!!! First of all, sorry to Sing Jai, Charlie, Bernard and Stef... I didn't say a proper goodbye to you guys although you were kindly going to the airport with me... I am truely upset with that... But please forgive me ^_^... I think if I didn't go that very moment... probably I couldn't get through.
I was extremely lucky indeed. At first... since I wanted to trick the check in counter as usual, I didn't take my heaviest hand carry luggage, where I put my air ticket printout there, to the counter.

The security stopped me in the massive queue and ask me to show the ticket... and I said, I thought I don't need to bring it with the eticket. anyway... He directed me to the self-checkin mechine... but it didnt work neither coz I hadn't got the ref. no. :P and finally he let me queue at the primeium counter!!! where only 1 people was queuing hehe... I got that quickly and he just let my 33Kg luggage pass without a word... and I also checked-in my portfolio tube!!!

The story just started.... since he told me it is very tight about one hand luggage ONLY on board, even my portfolio, he adviced me to put inside the paper bag...-_-... I started worrying about my backpack... I saw that nearly everyone was bounded back by the departure staff due to their hand luggage policy. I had been super scared and almost lost my mind...!!!! I had a dinner with them without my mind~~ I couldn't control myself thinking of the departure thing.... T___T.... Once we had finish the dinner, I suddenly find myself running to the departure gate without talking to anyone!!! When I found that I was running, I was already half the way there indeed... I didn't talk to anyone and keep on running. Obviously, I was stopped by the staff. I guess my face was showing myself very worry... she seems to be really listened to me but she still not let me in. Of cause I couldn't put all my stuff into on bag... She said actually the backpack is already too big to take in, even if she let me in, the staff inside would ask me out anyway. I asked her to let me try. Suprisingly, she really let me try and I heard that all the peoeple after me were screaming of unfair~ Another staff tried to stop me indeed... but the one I talked to maybe just wanna show that I would fouced to come out anyway, she insisted to let me pass through...

I walked into the queue for checking passport with a "not up not down" mood. and suddenly remembered I didn't say a proper goodbye to everyone... I kinda wanna shout to them but actually I couldn't coz of my situation... Waited for 10 mins, it was my turn to get in... but suddenly a gourp of people with wheel chair were passing through. I guess they did help me a bit... The lady who check the passport kinda lost her concious before checking mine. I put down my paper bag, gave her my passport, gave her a smile and she didn't realise anything wrong. She gave me a smile back and let me through... The whole thing was incredibly smooth and I took my bag and go very quickly... wooooo~~ and I pass!!!! even the staff who put the luggage into the X-ray mechine didn't ask me a word... he actually asked those people before if they have only one luggage.... but anyway, I passed through all gate and found that I had given Stef my phone card and I couldn't call anyone to tell them what I had done... can you imagine how my feeling was.... missed the goodbye and just had such a dramatical things happened...! I needed a breathe... I needed to talk.... um... but no one... just on one.... oh... my poor luckiness.

(Here are what I wrote on the date it happened...) When he just said that to me, I reacted so slowly, it seems not real to me. Indeed hundred of throusands ideas was passing through my mind..... I asked myself... is that because of I have done this or that? did I do something wrong or sth? Or is he just simply too stressful on work...? balbalablalabla? so many things, all suck in my brain.... I was thinking to ask something but I stop myself in another half second. Maybe I would be very annonying or stupid if I ask this or that... I thought um... Finally I only asked "are you sure?" um.... It just came too sudden~ and I really don't know what to react. I didn't know he wanted to say that until the moment he really said it. I was still thinking he would have told about his work until he really said not to be with me... I am such a unsensitive guy lerh~~~ um.... I never know, to dump someon have to start a converstation in this way.

Maybe I am just the one to help him settle in London... maybe that's why I am here, the reason I've bornd. haha.... it sounds quite funny tho... If everything happen with a reason, maybe why I have all I am having is just because the god want to set me in, make him interested on me and I can be function on him.... I have been thinking too much I guess~ It's just another solid prove of "It's almost irrelavent between how good you treat someone or how much you paid and how much you get. Maybe I've already got what I should at the moment of when I spent. Coz I felt truely happy when I did something for him. What I should ask for?? umm... after all... it is just too difficult to find someone you really love and who would love you back the same....

(well... it's fine now... he told me it was a mistake at his lunch time... :D and he want to carry on... the day after -_-)

I've cought a cold last night partly because I was waiting on the street until he finish work. Partly because I was so stupid, I walked around the Great Portland Street area for almost an hour... :P and couldn't find the way to his office... :P I was very happy though... I explorered the area and decided to take some photos tonight!!! (Esp. thanks for Bernard and Charlie!!!! You guys are stars!! ^_^ Thanks for the Hot Pot dinner!!!)

The photo night was very good :D Some people just came to talk to me coz they also like taking photos. It was a group of youngest came to take photos with me as well haha... so funny... This is why London is so lovely to me...

A summery of what I've done
The rest of the week just passed sooooo quickly... I can't believe it'd just passed.... I went to Camdon with Tina~~ meeting Eiji & his gf. I also went to Jenni's graduration!!! The ceremony was super boring haha.... as usual, but you know this kind of thing... once a life (or twice if you are lucky).

I made a cheese cake for our flatmate and also my friends :D:D. I went to the Korean restaurant for dinner with Richie, Bernard and Charlie~~ haha... It was nice nice :D:D~~ I took some photos with stephane... nothing really special besides that.

Interviews

This week I really work hard on the job hunting... Considered the speed of British, I am doing quite well, haha.... Had 3 interviews and will have another one next Monday.

The Interview today was quite different from the one on Tuesday. The one on Tuesday was very good indeed but I really can't believe that that agency could ask me to do those stupid computer skills test!!!!! -_- Wasted my whole lovely morning! But I also found that although I never use InDesign, but I still can get the test layout done within an hour... haha... I am not bad in learning, huh? haha... However, when I went up the office to see those more sinior agency... the feedback were sooooo positive... I was a bit scared once I step into there indeed... all of the agences came to me to see my portfolio. They are all very nice, although my presentation wasn't that great haha... They keep asking if I am interested in this or that.... inc. Body Shop and Disney!!! wooo (when they asked me if I was interested... I was like.... um.... well... it sounds quite nice haha) ... so funny.... But I think most of them are freelance jobs really.... I just got the call from one of them, she say she wanna send my CV to M&S yea... at least, it means I m not bad ma~~~ although I don't think thats too much chance that I can find something to stay... :(

The one today was only me and one consultancy... And I guess I was not as nervous as last time but I talk through that too quickly (coz she said "let's go through your protfolio quickly" :P) The client she had wasn't suitable for me but she gave me very good recommandation! More "constructive" than the last one and Angela was a very nice indeed... (People in Aquent are nice but they are a bit too "professionally" nice) ah.... btw, I haven't showed her the half finished showreel -_-.... lose the chance to get feedback tim :(

Fucking stressful ____

Recently, I can really feel the stress…. I never have stress feeling that much for very long time probably, since I left college or since i came to London. Like all deadlines in the company were not that dead… Everything was quite easy for me to finish. Um…. before I’ve got the job in Pixi… It has been a bit stress on job hunting but even I couldn’t find a job that time it wasn’t that bad... I could still work on some stupid job like waiter or something... But me, today, even refused the job of £80/day (which is low in London) from Pixi for few days. Or maybe when people grown up a bit… we have a bit more to think of… I wouldn’t say I missed the feeling but I think I should have more stress. Otherwise, when the real panic comes, I may kill myself…. Haha… of cause I won’t…. but maybe, you never know… um…. I do believe stress would push me a lot.

Again, everyone, I really want to go back to HK to work and see you guys… but things just happened like this… and I can’t just leave without trying my best. Um, actually same old problems… leaving, staying, money matter, jobs + the show reel + I really want to start my own animation after the show reel done + the drawings + this time I really have a really dead DEADLINE on these things.. T___T. Or I will lose everything here (Actually I have nothing to lose here except you, u know? But it’s so heavy, so much).

Maybe also, I don’t want to put more stress on you. It seems that if I bring out the things, no one can help well you can’t anyway. When I see you stressful like this, how can I add some more on? um…. Still have 3 weeks…. Can I get it or not?? Not too far to know (not close enough though). (I think you won’t see it until you really finish the project haha…. and you will not be as stress as now ^_^… and you will be able to comfort me a bit…. Such a good calculations! :D)

Thanks for listen to me Tracy… I really felt alone and didn't know who to talk to.... wanted to cry if it wasn’t you to talk to me ^_^. Even you were at work, you still keep me talking…. Yea…. I do need to bullshit a bit last night…. Love you~~ always…~~~

After talked to Tracy, reminded myself it’s not the first time that I live with someone that I can’t be working at night. haha yup… again, I can’t work at night… I hate this feeling… I can’t say anything though; I am not in my own place. (I didn’t say a word last time even i was in my own place indeed) I think I have to be considerate. (Not living in own space is one of the most stressful things in life!) Well… sleeping is basically nothing to me….. So I really can’t imagine how important it is to others… and since I can’t imagine, it is even much scary for me to disturb other people sleep…. Hell…. I don’t want to sleep… it is such a waste of time… um…. I know I know… it probably as worse as I have lost my glasses. I can see (um… feel) how important it is. Um... ok, sleep.... My first pirority is still considering... If I have done something inconsider to you guys... pls forgive me la... sometime people are selfish or careless... haha... I tried my best ga la...

You know when people are in bad mood, all the poor things would come back to your head…It was a fucking bad feeling last time after I talked to Daat daat…. Supposed it was a joke, I guess… But it was just so hurt… Hey come on… I am not such a slut…. I can’t see how good it is to be with someone who you do not entirely love neither… I do love… at least I define it as love although it probably different from yours. And it is important to me… I mean Stef is important to me…. I felt totally no respect in that conversation…. T___T It is so uncool to judge someone’s love life in this way…. -_- especially a good friend like you….

Um… I should celebrate a bit actually. I am really learning things from Stephane!!! And it will be more if I stay for longer I am sure… ^_^... love u~~

I had been working on the printing for whole day…. really a whole day!!! Until 10 at night haha…. but the outcome was really nice ^_^ finally, it’s been done!!.... I should celebrate a bit lol… And then I had to start the “supposed to be finish by last week” project… the show reel of my animation work… -_-… I should have started my own animation but just worked too slow…. Hope that I really can start my animation sooner…. Otherwise it may not be in this year… T___T….

After the Paris trip, I went to the interview in YCN… it was really shit honestly… I haven’t done the preparation I should have but anyway it was more like a time for me to review my portfolio and asking for advice than an interview ^_^…. Thanks for the advice from Josephine!!! And she took a Polaroid photo for me!!!! The first time I really feel the guy inside the photo (yea that’s me) was quite handsome :P hehe.. lalallalala~~~ maybe Stef say it too much and I started to believe a bit haha…. well.... she said she will put me through in one of the position in Windsor.. which is pretty much the same thing as what I have done indeed….. I am really not sure about that… :( Kinda really want to go back to work… but how can I leave… Everything just work so perfectly with Stef.. AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAH………….

Moving in Paris

Of cause it's not me moving to Paris haha... I was just to help out the "moving" from Paris to London... Suddenly decided to go to Paris with Stef just 2 days before we actually go.. haha... On the Sat, 30 Sept we took the car and moved everything from Olympia back to Putney and then started our Paris moving trip. It didn't start very well... we parked the car in a permit vehicle only area which cost him £50 T_____T.... And we arrived Paris quite late…
In the 4th days in Paris... basically I haven't done anything... but only worked on my portfolio.... even not started much on the animation one.... :( The most constructive thing I have done was I have watched Six Feet Under.... lol.... It's very good at the first 2-3 episode!!!! I do love it!!!! The rest are quite good but maybe just a bit too much within few days…or maybe a bit all in a similar pattern…. Haha… The last day we went to a restaurant (it looks like a pub more indeed), they do super delicious salad!!!!! A very rich salad!!!! :D:D
yeah yeah yeah... I just remember last time when I left Paris... I said... um... probably I wont be here for a long time la.... -_-.... and I said a very big good bye to Paris... haha... somehow... I came back again within a month.... really, you never know what's gonna happen next :D.... and I finally went to the Palace de Tokyo... and the Modern Art Museum.... I love them ^_^... I have got some inspiration from the animation shown on The Modern Art Museum!!!! so happy!!!!

It's been a hard days for last few days.... not having too much sleep for few days coz I wanted to finished the photos things and trying to finish the blog… and also have to start doing the proper portfolio….
I slept at 5:00 (the earliest for last few days indeed) and woke up at 10:00 ^_^ Luckily I’d slept very well coz it was a hard day! It start with moving stuff with Charlie. He really has so many things!!!! It’s like 10 times of mine now :D wah wah wah …. I was quite tired after moving… but it was just a start…. I then went to Chan Jai’s place to get the computer. It was a nightmare!!! You know, the traffic in London on Sunday… -_- All the engineers must be super busy these week! Nearly all of the tube and trains are affected (or maybe just those I wanted to take T_T)… I supposed to take the train in King Cross Temslink directly to St Albans which would take me like 40 mins. But then I walked from the King Cross Temslink to St. Pancres, and found that the train are stopped at Kentish Town. And the Northern Line was suspended from Camden, I had to take the bus to Kentish Town T_T… I have spent 2 hours to get there eventually~ In additional to my 30Kg stuff on hand.. I was totally dead when I arrived and its not the end of the story… coz I still need to get back to Putney… well…another one and half hour journey… T__T …..
Luckily, Stephane had already prepared the dinner when I got back home haha.. so happy :D:D and we had a nice dessert before sleep :P I was being active tim :D:D he was so so happy lerh…. !!!

It’s the first day Stef need to work. I woke up at 8 and walked Stef to station ^_^ and then went to the library :D it was so nice… free internet and borrow some books + CDs…. Such a long time haven’t been in Library!! Yea….maybe go to work on my stuff tomorrow… I can be so concentrated there… :D . Also I’ve discovered a bit the area afterwards… I thought I was a bit lost in the way home, but suddenly fount that I was already in the road where I should go….:D haha… stupid me… I should have trusted myself on my sense of direction. It’s a nice day..~ hope that I will have time to swim tomorrow :D

day 11 - Amsterdam

I really can’t understand why their glass windows can be so big like this…!!! Just amazing!!! Wooo….. the third day was soooooooo nice and full of surprising. I went to the Van Gogh Museum by myself. Of cause his works are always my love but I was so impressed by some amazing artworks from other Japanese artist!!! Those painting and printing on china are just amazing!!! I met Euniz afterwards and handed to the NewMetropolis Museum. We tried to pick up a bit Dutch haha… and found that they always try to make the words as long as thy can…. Always get ripe of the space betweens English names and form new words haha…. Dutch is quite similar to England indeed… just a lot of “k” sounds which is like the sounds people made to clean their throe… Back to the NewMetropolis, it was exactly the same (even smaller) than the Science Museum in HK… but it cost ?11.5!!!! while the one in HK only HK$15… and the one in London is free -_- Anyway we didn’t get in, the architecture was just fantastic! The shape, the colour and the whole environment just work perfectly together!
We walk into the SMCS (Stedelijk Museum Central Station) by accident. I didn’t want to go in coz it was such an ugly building… but Euniz suddenly pointed the shop there. And we got into there finally… It was a very nice venue but it was almost closing. So we didn’t get into the exhibition and decided to visit again the next day… Instead we went to their coffee shop on the top floor and found that they would have an talk about one of the exhibition – “Design and Architecture for Air Travel” woo…. Suddenly had a nice lecture ^_^ so unexpected! Since they speak Dutch for the introduction, we kinda got the idea of how Dutch sounds like… the funny sounds are happened so often in normal conversation! Haha…~~
We then got into an very expensive pancake shop… coz they are closing quite soon and all the staff were so in good mood hhaa…
And then it was the Coffee shop time~~ lalala. We made the “MayLand” day introduction video.

day 12 - Amsterdam

The last day was the exhibition day + further deepest visit day… haha… we to the bigbig supermarket finally and bought some delicious raw beef slices!!!! It was so nice!!! And we bought more for dinner on flight as well ^__^….The last thing happened on us in Amsterdam was so fucking bad… and that’s the only bad things happened in the whole trip… We hadn’t got any changes and tried to get the ticket from the counter… and then we found that it’s ?1 more expensive than from the machine. I asked the staff why was it more expensive, and he was fucking rude saying it’s because he is the human and not a machine -__-….. such a bad guy…. It’s so unfair…. They didn’t tell use before that… um…Well… besides that… Amsterdam is a amazing city… ^_^ love it!

day 9 - Amsterdam

From day 9 of my post-summer holiday, I went back to the Western Europe. Holland, I did expect very much from here... and she just hasn't disappointed me!!! It was so much enjoyable, and inspirit! Although we haven’t planned for anything (only booked flight ticket and hotel and nothing else), it was a fucking great trip! I was super tired when we were arriving Amsterdam. I was in a half awake condition. On the way to the hotel, we had some super nice Haring (Holland trademarked)!!! ^_^ yeah~~ Hang out with Euniz is always a good thing…. At least it would be someone to speak non-sense with me… and I don’t need to worry even I have said something super moliu… haha…. The 2nd hand shops there are so up to standard, almost the same as London!!!! People there are so artistic! All the house and shops we could see there are some artworks placed. Drawings, installation just all around the city…. Bernard should definitely go there to earn for life haha….

We then went to the most important attraction in Holland – the Coffee Shop~~~ haha bought some weed and took one instantly… hahaha yeah~~

At night, we went to a recommended caf? to have the cheese fondue!!! It was the best I have ever had (I actually only had once in Switzerland and it was totally a wine fondue >.<) haha nice nice! The taxi in Amsterdam is fucking expensive!!! Damn!!! Must be more expensive than in London!!! It was ?12 for the distance like 20 mins walk >_<

And we walk home for more weed :D:D get some sleep and prepared for our next day unplanned travel. Haha….~~~

day 10 - Volendam
Before going to Volendam, we passed through one of the exhibition hall which is so interesting. Didn’t get into the show coz it was ?8 entrance fee.

We then went to Volendam for the cheese and clogs factory. But again, once we saw the Haring, we just can’t ourselves… hehe… Me and Euniz definitely can’t live together… otherwise both of use must become diabetes! The factory was not actually in Volendam but at the edge of the area or even a bit outside. We’ve spent quite a while to find it out..…. It’s uch a fusion idea!!! Mixing cheese with clogs… haha… we also found a lot of funny fusion ideas in Amsterdam!! Like the hairdressing with fashion, home decoration with caf? and of cause weed in coffee shop~~~
We went to a nice restaurant for dinner ^_^ I had a Thai chicken soup… so delicious :D

Post-summer holiday - Day 8

Crete

The Cruse we had taken from Athens to Cr?te is just so nice… it seems that our god is taking good care to us after that evil Athens day. Incredibly, there was someone lead us from the check-in counter to the room!!! We were just paying for the cheapest room indeed but the service was so good! And also the hot shower was just so powerful!!!! The foods and souvenirs are even cheaper than on land! See the sign there!! They even have a swimming pool!!! (although it wasn’t open :P)

The last day in Cr?te is so boring -_- coz Ryan doesn’t want to go “too” far from the airport thinking we shouldn’t do too much in the last day in case we can’t get on the flight -_-…. We then went to the most famous attraction point in the island (according to Lonely Planet). Well, famous attraction point just not my thing as usual… We actually went there but didn’t get into. It was all about the archaeological stuff and the entrance free is ?6! We should have gone to the other town in Cr?te! Anyway… we got back to town, and spent our 8 hours something there, just ridiculous… um…. Nothing really happened but just eating and eating and eating with my mere ?15 for the last day T_T.

Athens

Athens is like a combination of Macau and Taiwan... plus more dust and pollution.. Honestly, it's somewhere can be finish within half day.. 1 day is a bit more than enough unless you are an archaeologist. I've been caught when I put my cat cat on a sulpture's head and took a photo:P (I know I've been naughty) um... and they fouce me to delet the picture T__T

I don't hate Athens as a tourist thought... I took nice picture there I think :D:D haha

Mykonos

Arrived Myknos at around 3pm. The hotel owner was sooo nice to pick us up from the port. To be honest, it is almost impossible to find there without his driving. The beach was just 5 mins walk from the hotel... According to the owner, it is a main beach in Mykonos but actually it is quite disappointing. Very small, and short, and super crowed. I was expecting a 10 times bigger beach....

:P We then went for a proper greek dinner, and it was quite nice!!! And it's the first time I have had rabbit meat... it taste like chicken to me but a bit rough. um.... it's a bit not fair :P but how great it would be if i was having the dinner with Stef :D:D

Afterwards we went to a piano bar... The waiter was so cute, haha. And that's a great atmostphere!!! I really wanted to stay until later... but Ryan just asked to go -_-.... hate it... um..... 'omon I paid that EU$20 for our drink, wasn't only for the drink... but the whole thing -_-.... anyway, it was a nice one :D

Ryan was so bad for the whole day coz he had drunk a bit wine in the morning and also he was annoyed by the time of the ferry... -_- I really don't understand that... and that almost fuck up the whole first day in Mykonos.... um... luckily I was in a good mood and so many nice things happened... I just enjoyed myself :P hahaha.....
The next day, we went to the beach called Super Paradise... um... is not fantastic, but still better than the paradise... Maybe because of the weather, it was much less people. It's a gay-friendly NAKED BEACH haha..... wooo..... nothing much to see though haha.... it was a good day.... relax the whole morning... and then went to the city to walk around... honestly we shouldn't have gone so early... it was so boring... just taking photos and taking photos for few hours... and you know no money... really not much we can do... Remember, it is an extremely expensive island... T_T....

We had to take the overnight ferry to go to Athens at 9:30pm... It was the start of the nightmare! We went to the wrong port at the beginning... and we had spare a lot of time to go to the port beforehand. And we decided to walk from the old port to the new port T_T.... Imagine you walk on the Tuen Moon highway, with a typhoon no.8 NW wind, and of cause with our luagages (I was actaully walking in a 60 degree forward to against the wind!!!). The whole journey was almost half an hour. Something I do need to mention about the port in Greece.... don't imagine you would have a proper port for passengers. People have to get on the ferry at the same place as the car... Maybe because that was the end of the weekend, and so many people has to go back to Athens. Where the people waited for the ferry was like a "lan man ying". And when the ferry arrived. People crowd on the ferry like hell.. -_- We found that Greek never queue... And when we got on the ferry, it was even worse... people were all lying on the ground even the space between two seats, where your legs supposed to place when you sit down. T__T we shouldn't save that money... we should but the one with bed in a room (maybe because people brought the "No Seat" ticket which they should stay outside) And the people sat on our seat was braming someone sat on his. Well it doesn't mean they could sit on mine.... luckily, people are reasonable.. and finally we had the seat... The screen were showing "Peal Harbour" haha... what an ironic scene... haha

Finally arrived on Athens without any sleep... lalalla.... it's such an important experience in order to under stand more about Greece, I thought :D... haha I am such a positive thinker :D

Santorini

go travel with tyan is just so good.... :D Anything I just wanna ask people he would have already asked.. life is getting easier...~~ Arrived at Santorini, we missed the bus to central coz of taking photos for too long :P and we didn't know the bus only run when the ships arrive.... and the one after was like 4 hours later... haha so we waited in the port for very long and had taken so many photos there haha....

We were staying in Santorini, the famous "little white house" island, for 4 days 3 night. I was thinking it might be too long but actually I kinda think we should stay here for ever :P.. Their government even pay them money to repaint their white house!!! They just work perfectly with some of their blue tops and the amazingly blue sky. The main town (actually really small, like the size of cheung chou town in HK... ) in Santorini called FIRA.. it is very nice, but the one I love the most is in the west side of the island called OIA... Everything on the Island are quite cheap... and the hotel we were staying was super nice and cheap! And it has a kitchen for us to make cheap cheap dinner as well!!! Another funny thing is, it seems that all the dogs there are sleeping on the floor all the time!

Well... nothing too much to say... see the photos... and you will tell yourself,'I have to go there, I have to go there!' My only comment ovet there is, in every single second, what sqeezed into my eyes was the best picture I wanna take.... the only thing I wanna complain is... does it need to be perfect like this??!! everywhere... and thats a bit too much... in a good way :P

btw, I think they have one of the best sunset in the world

I was super lucky in Fira!!! I changed the money in a local exchange shop coz their rate is much better than when i saw that in airport (airport-1:1.39, l.shop-1:1.45). The thing is, the guy have miscalculated the money to me. And the final rate, is £180 to EU$284.2!!!!!!! hahahhaha Santonrini is just my place!!!!

We didn't know we need to collect the ticket from the agency counter (I thought it's the e-ticket I used to buy) to board the flight unitl we went to the check-in counter :p I didn't even check the mail they sent us either :o... but luckily we had no problem on it :D:D. (12:40 flight, exp. arriving at 18:40)

Finally we landed on Heraklion airport after the 4 hrs flight ^_^ People started smoking once they step on the land (inside the airport)!!! I was just wondering if that illegal and I found that the staffs were smoking inside their counter!!! People are so relax and it makes the lauggage collection proecess really SLOW....~ When we left the airport, it was already 20:30..

We spent a bit time to find the hotel... it's located in an inner street :D The staff there was super nice, already we were only paying EU$20 ^_^ We then when out and try to find something to eat... surprisingly all shops were still open!!!! so happy... They also sell very nice assessories there... but I just had no money to buy them T_T....

The first thing I tried in Greece was the milk!!! and the taste was a bit different form england... less sweet but richer.... The greek salad there are obviously very nice... the feta cheese is quite different in texture... much much smoother and less goat tastes.... very nice!! love it!!!

Maybe because I was not going with Stef.... I didn't really expect the trip that much :P But it's just full of surprise when I arrived.... ^_^.... except the people are not that helpful.... everythings are super great in general.... hahaha.... and also finished the fantastic Amsterdam trip~~ just love it....!!!! I think I will have to write down here bits by bits... otherwise I will spend a whole day to finish it :P.... For the photos, I have taken most of them from Santorini and not much in Amsterdam... Amsterdam is such a nice place to go. Everywhere is so relax but actually not much I am interested to shoot. Or maybe because I was just too relax~~~ haha.... anyway... it was an incredible post-summer holiday!!!! :D I love it...

I I have got my hair cut today ^_______^ haha.... it is really quite short~~~ haha I love it... my hair is really soft now :D:D Wanted to take some pic for Stef... but after not sleeping regularly for almost a week, my skin is in a super bad condition :p.... so... let see me in real when I come back from holiday ^______^.... hope that you still recognise me hahha~~~ I gonna be very tan and totally different hair cut... haha...

The first time (probably the last time as well) to go to Paris by coach.. haha.... quite funny actually haha... The whole bus got into a Ferry. Not a great experience honestly, and super exhausting...~~~ Anyway... for saving money haha... It's quite a good choice...

Arrving at the Gallieni Station... I tried to buy the ticket with my only EU$2 (forgot to change money :P) just before I wanted to walk into the gate... I've got the call from Stephane... haha.... He was in the station, waiting for me :D:D hehe... happy happy... and it was super lucky indeed.. coz I found that the ticket didn't work.... (He told me, it was just a receipt -_-) If thats not him... I would be sucked there... haha...

We went back home directly... had a good breakfast.... and, a very nice breakfast before the breakfast... ^_^ And after we went to some crappy 2nd shops (sorry, Londond's are too good, esp the one notting hill~~), we drank a nice coffee in St Paul and wait for Patrick and Jimmy. Coffee is better in Paris! haha.... Patrick is the best always.... yeah... now you know why I was so exciting when I knew that he would be in Paris at the same time :D:D lalalalala Both of his hknese accent French and French accent Cantonese can become a classic haha.... Yeah... we all love him.... Thanks god to give us this miracle :D:D otherwise... Stephane must kick me out of Paris in my first day (deadly tired day).

I had a very good sleep the first night but Stephane did.. haha coz i was too noisy... :P he suggested me to see a doctor :| about the noise from my teeth when I sleep.... um.. probably I should... sorry... but yea.... a bit later....

A super lazy Sunday, after we had a breakfast from the super nice beakery next door (same as yesterday)... and the lovely lunch from Elodic, we went out to swim after 4pm.... The first time I go swimming in Paris lerh haha (but only have 20 mins)... so exciting.... so many people...!!!! Most of the people are in better shape than in London...!!!! wooooo...... better than you... babe~~ ^_^. We went to see the Monster House~~ I do enjoy the movie :D:D a bit not enough details... but it is a kid movie after all :D nice nice...~~~ We then went back home and he cooked a super nice pie... :D:D We watched the DVD of The Thing.... very old Sci-Fi + Horror movie... Very nice special effect... Not feeling old even it is a movie older than my age!!!! haa... I m feeling I am totally not a tourist in Paris this time lerh haha...

The last day in Paris wasn't my day... We had a great breakfast again without disturbing Elodic~~ :P I tried to take the photos for Stephane... but found that the film didn't load properly :(.... I was truely upset. And it was a rainning day.... the camera I bought out wasn't working properly as well.... and we found that the Palaisde Tokyo Gallery... which I really want to go is not open coz the last exhibition ended on Sunday T______T what a shame.... Anyway we had follow the plan and done what I wanted to do :D which is good.. haha I have bought the catcat :P I should give it a name today!!!! let me think think :D The best thing in the day was in the gallery which I dont even know the name... they were showing a Mikey X master piece exhibition... And Setphane told the staff... why he english improved so quickly haha... he said when you fall in love with someone who don't speak english.. :P (Although he probably didn't mean me, he looked at me when he said that :P) wahhahaha... I m so easy to be satisfied... ~~~

Went back home... hehe... naughty tea time before sister came back~~~ seriously, have to be safe next time... I m feeling strange.... :S

Went back to London (The coach ran into a train this time :D) it was an hour eariler than I thought.... and it's now that I m writing the blog... :D:D quite tired... but can't fall asleep... well... has been asked to return the key the first thing i went back hom.. but then when i asked if the agency coming to check the house (well I meant when can i get back my deposit). Finally have a time to sit down (in the office) and write my blog.... Really tired recently.. moving things... hang out with Stef :D:D prepare things to find jobs here again...~ Still super busy working hard in POP.... But it's nice I mean, I really feel happy these day... a bit stress...

Yup... Finally I m not single again hehe. Actually it's not long at all, just that merely 5 months (maybe even less). When I started to get use to being alone, well maybe I would never use to be alone :D hehe...

I think, we gonna have a long long relationship... (well... don't stop me talking, not everytime I have this feeling...okay) I have the feeling of "I will be very much inspired" this time. Everything is happened a bit too fast for me but everything are just so perfect :D.... hope that it will be the same in the coming month... it gonna be a critical month for my career (if I can find a proper job here) and also for our relationship (I know, both of us need a lot of physical contact, we cannot live in a virtual world, although we met on the internet)...

Haha... still haven't start talking to the topics :P Stef in London for a week~ The time wasn't passed that quick in the first 3 days~~ but after wednesday... its just gone like a bullet.... It's like it had been speeded up....

I went to waterloo from Charlie's home... our first meet (13th Aug 2006) :D!!! I wasn't as nervous as I thought hehe.... He gave me 2 gifts, a comic book and a DVD.... :D:D very himself... and i love them :P and sure I would love.... :P I have prepared the dinner for him after seeing the first flat.... We had dinner with Euniz as well... happy happy... :D

We have had a dinner with Bengerman~ who works for Vivienne Westwood. He gonna study in RCA in the coming Oct specialised in shoes design!!!! and he planned to work for huge sportware brand like nike or adidas!!!! He is just so talented, in design and also in personality!!! He is also the one who find Mavis to work in the Westwood's archive!!! so amazing!!!

We hold hands to walk back home from Tesco ^_^.... its been the best time in my life .... always dream to have that moment... haha.... the dream really come true lerh :P

Eat in Charlies' home.... happy happy... his cooking is always nice :D:D Stephane love it... but I m sure my dessert is better than his.... coz never seen him making any :p walk home from Earls Court again :D

Went to have dinner with Stef's friend (Henyan? Enyang? hehe :P) in old street... Vitnamese restaurant, quite nice... but still... haven't got a proper drink :(

Had dinner in Ah 9's Home... haha.. honestly I dont know her english name... maybe he would know better than me :p They live in a quite a nice studio flat... their lovely little world ... haha one day we may have ours, ain't we :p (Tracy: u are thinking too much la~ -_-) Yup.. Chi and Chan Jai were there, drink... couldn't sleep until late :p... well... even later for our last night before he gone...

SAT~
We went to Notting Hill area... drop into a very nice cafe.... almost (that's me) forgot the time to go leave... I met Euniz when he had an appointment to see flats and meeting friends... and I went home... prepare to move my stuff on Sun... super tired... T___T Yea... kisses in the stations... feeling like the world was truning around us.... or suddenly dropped into another dimention of world.

yea... it just passed like this... haha.. but I m going to Paris this weekend :D:D yeah!~~
Maybe I did mix up a bit the date... :p but the conclusion is, it was all about food..!!!!! haha... it was something else indeed... like we showed each other's works, watched the Music Video DVD he gave me... it was so amazing.. every part during the week....

Have been looking for the bittersweet Synthony for very long and found it by accident... didn't even know the name of the song and band before... haha... :P

Well, Bittersweet Synthony is bascially the only song i like in the Urban Hymns :P haha... but its worth to own it! I mean others are okay but just average... not surprising.

Yoga morning

Maybe I have slept for too mcuh these day... I didn't want to sleep last night until 3... was thinking I wouldn't be able to wake up for yoga as my plan... (maybe thats Euniz on phone or somehting I can't reken that's a dream or real) I wasn't sleep too much... and I woke up entirely at 7:00~~ I thought my alarm must have rang already... hurry to the toilet, trying to get things ready and start my yoga. Suddenly the alarm rang~ it's 7:15... oooops... well... its good for a yoga... can't be in hurry anyway and has to get the body prepared. Not awake enough to do yoga is very dangerous indeed. haha... and I enjoy my yoga very much... really.. btw, I talked to Mindie the other day about her yoga lesson... (I encouraged her a lot to do yoga at the beginning... and she's addicted now ^_^) haha... And she told me the Yoga instructor asked about me!!!! haha he still remember me :) I was such a yoga hard worker~~ even the centre nearby wasn't avaliable, I was keep attenting his class around East London!!! haha such a good student am I? :) well... I need to go for few lesson after my job finish!!!!~ yea~ before that I need to pick it up again... heard that they are being very hash on the Friday class :D~

Normally, I wont take good photos when the second time I go to the same place and participating the same event... um... As usual, I didn't have great mood doing that... but surprisingly... there was some kind of accident on my photos... and it makes the things quite interesting :P... At the end of the day, the camera didn't stop after the 36th... and I thought I didn't put the film properly (and amazingly, I didn't feel upset!!!!) and I tried to figur out whats wrong with the film and open the camera... (inside a bag with hundard layer of covers of cause) and found that its the problem on the film but actually the film was there... anyway the thing it... some light got in... and half of the roll explosed... and another half of the roll are lookings quite nice :D... well thats quite a good trade I think... I think the pride 04 was much better than this year really... but it was a nice relax trip as usual :D... Brighton is too much for me now.... my next destination of south England will be Rye~~ yea~

Have resigned the job finally last last Thursday and now still have abt 20 days to go...~~ . Planned to say that on the 31st July. But before Petra and Tony go for holiday he suddenly asked me to a side and telling me why they still can't increase my salary sth like that. Actually in a quite polite way (and thats what I think they should if they have no money)

Not surprisingly, Tony didn't say a word to keep me... Just asked me whats my plan, things like that.... He probably haven't got more money to spend on me... and its been such a long time since I asked for the salary rise... haha... Anyway... Its good, coz I wouldn't think of staying whatsoever.

When I work on the porfolio... I found that I have somehow archived what I have set for myself here in these 2 years.. ^_^

Redesign the whole image for POP entirely... Although it wasn't too creative.. but the whole line and the whole concept was from my own ^_^ haha... yea~

Decrease the time I work on Pixi as less as I can. Those duplicated work... placing logos, doing stipud posters that kind of things... I have a fucking simple layout to kill them all!

Build up the product shot library for whole Pixi line and all product graphics for POP. I am sure thats the best photos for Pixi the equipment in the office could produces... and surely the graphics for POP are nice ^_^

Obviously it's not my own hard work.. but I do think I have given out great influences to the company...

What I haven't archived is I am not able change their concept on a designer, which is a shame... Somehow they still think I am a tool for them to archive something instead of doing research together and creating something new... they still not able to recognise the different between a clear brief and "exactly what they want"... um..... Fran knows, but not anyone else in the company....

Since Euniz moved in, I have started cooking again... eating a lot... giving up my diet plan again :P haha... eating is such a enjoyment...~ haha.... Its always good if someone gonna share what you cook.... remind me so much abt when I live with Lowee ^_^ ~~~ miss you babe~~ Jenni was different coz she always cook for me... lalalala~~~ Although I quite like cooking indeed, when someone cook better than me of cause I would leave that haha...
But last Sunday! I cooked something as normal... Turkey soup, vegetable rice... everything was fine and cooked in a normal way... just don't know what's the problem was but we both have food poison on Monday T_____T. Diarrhea + fever + headache the whole day (until this morning indeed). Sleeping all day at home... couldn't do anything... I tried to get back to office but then just getting worse.... after 2 hours I went back home :( .... so horrible... I am thinking maybe that's the dry chinese sausage... but not sure... Anyway, its been a nightmare~

I actually haven't bought the album yet, but listened to this in Virgin yesterday.... I have gone through all the tracks once but not yet listen to them properly. The reason why I love this album is because it's so much more than just an album!!! What I love is the whole package, from the design to the promotion and the artwork to the installation~~ Yea~ I'm so much loving it!

Hey Eiji, I think I have to give up saying I am not too much into Radiohead. The fact is I didn't listen and see too much of their work and, not enough anyway, sorry~ Or maybe because everything about them were always been told by someone else before but now I've just found out more by myself. Actually I use to love their album "A kid" quite a lot... (and again the whole package~). I even start loving Thom Yorke after reading article about him and some of his interviews~ :D... He is such a musian who I think a musician should be...~~ ^_^ of cause he is... and I shouldn't have doubted it~ (I was too easy to like/dislike something before really understand it :P everything decided by feeling doesn't really work... i have to change!)

Ah~ and I found that he has collaborated with those musician I love~ UNKLE, Sparklehorse, bjork~ something more to read... about Thom haha....

It was such a nice morning :D~~ Euniz and Chan Jai was staying in my flat last night~ I woke up at 6 something in the morning... probably because of the hot weather~ just can't get back to sleep~~ went to swim for a while... and come back to make them a nice breadfast... :D cream cheese + chicken + avocado~ ^_^ I really want to have some as well... but not enough for 3 people :P hehe... It's been almost a week I haven't post anything here... haha its pretty because my bosses just back from US.... and they are in the office every single day!!!!~ and that's why there is no time to update here haha (should it be a reason.... what a shame..) honestly I never think I would become a person like this.. I m a bit disappointed to myself.... at the 2nd years of my work... um... in London... anyway... I know I should have left like half year ago... still have a month and half to go~~

London is such a funny place... so many people are doing something they don't want, in order to stay here... Probably they could have 100 bad things about London easily.... my reason of staying is simply the contract of the flat and the summer in HK just scare me... Honestly I quite like London and wouldn't mind to stay even longer if the job is nice... um~ after all I m not just a "work for living" person... haha... people should go for oppuntunity rather than choosing place to stay~~

The problems on the flat are finally sorted. It's kinda a expected unexpected ending but it is nice... I am not too sure if it gonna be nice in the coming year but at least it's good for me and Jenni :) I was really worry about Mavis honestly (I am still worrying about her, she changed a lot T_T) but it finially (kind of) sorted out... One thing~ maybe I can just never understand how's gals think... is that what they call it mature~ haha~ whatsoever, hope that it is really the end... you know once they haven't sign the contract...... haha pray for them and also for jenni and myself~

I have start swimming in this pool since I move to my flat in Olympia. So its been almost a year, everytime, I would see some similar person... suddenly a lady start talking with me this morning :D haha... she asked me how many laps I do a day~. and I answer her 30~ go out and come back. and then she told me to do 32 laps~ coz 32 laps there is the same as 1 mile...

Oh~~ I never think of a mile. haha it sounds to me really far away :P

Actually I use to do 30 continuously a day and always do 2-3 more before I go. so 1 mile a day, 3 times a week 52 weeks a year. minors some lazy weeks or some holidays I probably swim 150 miles a year!!! (haha I m counting again ~_~) um... but once I move out.. probably I can't swim regular like this~ :( lets find some pools around new cross gate~ sigh~~~

I have been asked why quite a few of my photos in the wedding are not focus on the main object last night (in a quite a rude way -_-). I found it quite difficult to answer to her when she ask me suddenly in this way... :(

hoenestly, I definitely know what I was trying to do on those photos but why couldn't I answer her the question? someone who who cannot feel, or are not quite understand my works~ or who may not artie enough (I heard that she is a designer tho) (alsoI can't say she don't know photography coz I am still explorering~ maybe she know better than me :P).

It raises some questions on my head. Qu.1 Should I prepare a bit before seeing people with my photos? (it sounds a bit stupid to me tho~) Or actually... just fuck it, you understnad than understand, if you don't, then get out of here. It seems that I have to consider more about my spectator, becuase if think through it in a general way, it seem to be pretty normal of asking "why they are out-focus?" this kind of quesitons (probably my mum would have the same question, while mama is from last generation without too much visual training -_- and she probably would ask me in a better way like trying to understand something). But, hold on... She is not looking at just one photo but the whole set~ come on, it is too much obvious than it could be~~

Qu.2 Should I still buy a new DSLR? Will I become a auto-focus addicted or shutter adjustion handicape -_- yes yes, I know that's M mode.. but you know people are always lazy... If everyone pick-up the camera and obtain the same sharp perfect image, then, why me? I mean I like sharp image~ I love seeing people taking nice detail photo~ I appriciate the efford people spent to obtain sharp image! honestly I do! But I like to take photos in my way, at least for the moment i do. um... maybe hold the DSLR a bit... people would kill me if I just nice camera to take snapshot :P ( I dont see why not tho). Yup although it "waste" (dont think thats wasted) a lot of photos thus money, I will stay with my "analog"(argentic?) film for a while~ :D

Qu.3 Why couldn't I just answer what I thought? I am slow in thinking (that means stupid), probably thats why; my personality is not good enough, probably thats why...; um...I m not patiant enough, probably thats why; and.... um... I hate explianning, (but love asking, yea unfair, init?) probably thats why...

Um... my photos are easy I think. I start to a bit worry about future of my photos. I sure people in HK are probably the same as she is (from singapore). Lucklily I haven't thought of putting photography as my career~. But, the conclusion is, I need to think quicker... and don't be too stupid ~.~

Finally I have sent a couple applications for jobs~~ its kinda exciting to look at those company's works thinking how good it will be if I work there~~ (although I think my chance is not good at all) I mean... at least I tried an already good even just have some feedback for my work via email~~ but.... will I get any reply?? btw, the course I applied had rejected me!!!!!!!! I never think they would reject me at all -_- (althought I never think I would take the course even they accepted). Maybe I m not strong in a character deisgn after all~ or I am just not a charater animation people~ or maybe I m just not good at all... um... I have seen their final works they were working in the studio, but they were not quite impressed me at all (neither skills nor navation). whatever excuses, I am rejected :(.

Friend of mine brought me around London last Saturday!!! living here for 4 years, I thought I have visited most of the places I should go in London but suddenly found that there still so many to explorer~~ haha... probably even when I go back to HK, there are still a lot of things for me to find out~

The first one, I must make a big snap on my face!!! The Paul Smith flagship shop in Notting Hill! It just so close to where I live and super nearby where I always been....

We then went to the RCA graduration show... It isn't super impressive this year, but you know, RCA never disappointing you. I think Stef should be very interested in the show as well... but sorry :P, 3/7 is the last day~~

Hyde Park~ :) all about relaxing. The gay pride was holding at that day and people are all gone to the parade~ even nicer :D. Btw, this is the photo I asked my friend to take for me... I love this set~

Tracy's wedding~

It is such an important day (of cause in their life but also...) in my life~ one of my best friend's wedding today ^^ (and the first lesbian wedding I've been). And I am the photographer of wedding lerh :) (okay.. one of the photographers)... 29/6... one of the fuckin working day, I called a sick leave in the moring, saying I had food poison :P a planned sick leave... haha... I think I would feel really guilty if it was few months ago, when everything still haven't happened... anyway...

At 9:00, I went to swim in the morning as usual. Prepared a bit and then head to Cathine's flat in Soho straight... haha... the first time, and probably the last time in my life I can get into the "lady side" flat before the groom came to pick up. :) the wedding dress and all the gals' dresses are super nice... they all made by themselves!!! How good it is to see so many fashion designers in a wedding ^_^ Tracy, you have gain a little bit weight but you are so pretty as usual~~ I love you Tracy~~ (In case people mix up a bit the Tracy in HK. Wedding Tracy is my ex-flatmate, but both are my best best friend ^_^)

yea and they went through all the process which a hknese wedding normally would go through~ um... maybe what exactly happen is not so important here :P skip~~ haha but what funny is the register office they went to was the same one me and Jenni went before in Baker's Street...

The first time I'd been in Regents Park! haha there are so many beautiful parks around london... just me haven't spend time to visit them... I should love London more! We then went to the room they booked in Gouman Hotel, which is a very nice designer hotel (the lobby is super nice! but the room is very very common.) And we had dinner there!~~ The food are very nice and surely well presented~

I met a gal who I always see her photos from Tracy's room :), a crazy TWnese gal with skin head... I couldn't really recognise her at the beginning (high heel~ long hair~ pretty dress~ can't imagine thats the same person !!! :P)... I also met someone called Wil that day~ a very talkative smarty HKnese guy haha... his voice is very nice well... he has a very cute girlfriend... I really like that couple~ hope to see them when i get back to HK~~ ^_^ And another couple from Singapore~ they came here for the wedding!!! such a good friend for them :)

I found something very important in life from this wedding~ I think the wedding is kinda an indication. It kinda proves how good you treat other people in general and who are your best best friends~ It was a really touching moment, When I see everyone they may not know each other but trying to work out something for these 2 special person... haha suddenly want to have a wedding for myself :P but no one gonna marry me now :(~~ haha

I think I start understanding why to go galleries, it's something you can't tell other people the reason. Mama have requested for chinese food everyday -_- also annoyed me. haha.... I mean I like chinese food as well but... whats the point to go there far to buy 3 pineapple bun for a pound? mama claimed that the chinese take away we had in Aberdeen was better than those restaurants we had in Edingburgh T___T... On the other hand, haven't got too much chance to take nice photos is another disappointed things in this trip. Whatsoever, I love the trip!!~~ haha why? ^_^ doun know lerh~~ holiday is always nice maybe~~

Edinburgh

From airport to city centre only 20 mins bus! haha good good~ Edinburgh is still a nice city, although the feeling was not as fantastic as the first time I've been there~ went to some galleries which I haven't been last time haha~ :D small local one, the national one... they are all quite nice! They have a public art campaign called "Cow Parade". Allowing different artist or organisation to play around with the cow, creating a symbol of Edinburgh and they put the cows next to attraction points in the city. It is such a fab idea which not only exhibite their art and culture but also introduce some less famous attraction points to the touris. At night, we went to a mussel restaurant for dinner but their mussel wasn't that great~ or maybe because we had the super nice seafood in London~ the reference point was set too high :P

however there was something really frustrated. My touris guide book which I put some of my polaroid photos inside was lost... T_T so so so upset... those first photos taken by my SX-70 T___T all gone~~ And struggled with the unclear free maps from the touris centre. T_T

Aberdeen
The bad luck just sticked with me from the Edingburgh station to Aberdeen. Honestly, Aberdeen is such a boring place... basically why I came here only because of her name... haha.. um... Aberdeen in HK is quite a nice place to go... :P Anyway.... we go on the 1.5 hour delayed train arrvied there at 6 sth. And the shitty B&B owner said the room was already rented out since we were arriving late -_-... and asked us to check in another room which is £10 more expensive. The room was damn old... and obviously not well decorated... :(. And then the next day morning, we went to the room for breadfast but they told me the breadfast time was finished -_- and they didn't tell us the time at all!! Damn... and the owner couple were fucking rude all the time T_T.... damn...

Aberdeen is not totally useless though~~ At least we have had 2 days pretty relax to prepare for the coming busy visit (Kinn: HAHAHA it's all in my plan. Tracy: um? is it?). And also we have passed through a lot of nice towns on the train... haha.. maybe they will be the place to go next time... the best one I remember was Dundee~~ haha gorgouse, see you next time :P And surprisingly, the photos from Aberdeen are quite nice :) haha

It was super nice look outside of the train~~ which let me expected too much on Aberdeen :P~

Yea~ almost forgot this place... At the beginning we were looking for a castle around that area but we just lost and couldn't get there finally. But it was good to have a nice walk around ^_^ and took the best photos in Scotland~~

Edinburgh again
Yea~ we went back to Endingburgh for a day before going to Dublin... :D and the fantastic second half started.. Friend of mine, Alan, from Glasglow was such nice a nice guy, walked around Edingburgh with us. We went to the Calton Hill, which I thought was nothing good there... We Could see the whole city from the top of the hill :):) We went to a Thai restaurant for dinner that was quite good... But same as most Thai food in the UK, they are a bit too sweet..~~ he adviced me some night clubs and bar to go but we had to leave the B&amp;B at 6 in the morning... didn't go anywhere after went back to B&B with mama...

It's a bit embarrassing, but I didn't know that Ireland is not part of UK until I arrived the airport. They checked my passport!!! and gave me a stamp!!!! Before the trip, I was thinking not to bring the passport with me, thinking thats just a inside country travel... I brought that only because I had to apply for the YOUNG person rail card when we went to the airport -_- haha.... the YOUNG person card saved me ^_^!!! (love this photo)!!

Generally I do love Dublin... (Actually when I think it through.... Nearly everything in London is better than Dublin.. Dont know why, but I just like Dublin very much... maybe just a new place ve been visited. Just like when you meet a new friend, u haven't notice his bad side yet and you would have a lot of things to discover. U would probably think he is better than the one you are being with... um....) However, its first impression to me wasn't too good. We went to a sheet market once we arrived which the travel guide recommened... That was Chinese restaurants(very old fashion and quite dirty) Chinese supermarkets... it was just amazingly similar to china. If there was not so many white people blond hair passed through, you would feel you are on the street in Sheng Zheng (not even BJ or SH).

We went to a Chinese resaturant (should call it cantin) as mama requested. The food was okay... and the price are similar as well (but in Euro).

Besides that, everything are perfect. Their buildings are pretty much the same as those in England... I do love their mordern art museums and galleries!! I also love their Guinness Storehouse!! it just fantastic... the whole experience was great, although it was just a stupid beer making process... haha but they make me start loving Guinness. And I do love their ad.!!! :D yeah.. Temple Bar area was very nice~~ :D they have nice free magazines :D the people's acent there are so funny haha...~~ wooo... lovely weather!!! etc etc.... love there anyway~~

It's been a month since last time I read his blog ... haha... how good is that if I can keep reading what he wrote ^_^... Suddenly found that reading things about the celebrities can be quite nice. I mean from different angles.. You may not quite interested in what they are doing, their music or movie. But from those things, you can find something more interesting. It's all about the culture. It seems that you are standing at the peak looking down. And you would find how's the public move... how they are being affected. You are not in the trand, you are not leading the trand either but you are like over the trend (or you can say on the side of it)... analyse it. You may not be able to change anything but to observe and to know something is good enough. Then, maybe write something that's not be understood by most of the people (or they can understand, just don't want think about)... haha... don't know why... it just seems perfect to me~

He said 當每一次讀到高手文章，點敢寫得多~~~ I am thinking the same when reading his.... haha maybe i should put more photos here instead... writing is my weakest after all... :P um... keep writing whatever i like~~ haha~~ but find ways to improve maybe the things i have to do. ^_^ Everytime read his things, just encourage me to work harder... maybe thats what i m looking for~~~ um.... I've given this movie a 9! I couldn't imagine I would love this movie by seeing it's cover!!! haha... maybe it's a sign that I desire to be loved... :D:D ~~~~ I only expected a tipical love story before watching... but it has not only given me a tipical love story but a lot more than that... haha... such a nice matching imagination with history and also the most sotry~~ maybe it was my niaiserie or something... it is such a perfect story to me :D haha the writer (or director?) used the story... and the story which was created within the movie to talk about love... um... haha... yea love....

Cafe day

Went out to buy a phone card today. Needs to call Raymond, a107 meeting~~ haha... Was thinking it would be a waste if I just went out, get the card and go home straight away... so, just went to a cafe and stayed for few hours, finished reading the Greece travel guide... It seems that I do have to go to Greece this summer.... Sept is the best time, 2 weeks is enough, need to check the tickets things later.... and accommodations that kind of things... shouldn't be a problem, init? haha.... and then a proposal..... haha... seriously I need to do a proposal even just for myself.... putting down all kind of budget, really have to plan better this time :D I think I m improving in travel... everything need to do so many times to get improvement.... .\/. um.... I am not quite telanted lerh haha...~~~

I have done a bit drawings as well.... 30/100 objects which to put on the pool.... haha... still have some more to go tonight!!!

Super funny that I have learnt making cheese cake today... actually I just done it before writing this,,, haha it seems that's not gonna success tho~~ :P we haven't got flour but used self-raising flour instead.. supposed to bake for 10 mins in the max temperature and low temp for another 25 mins but I have done it 20 mins in max.... :P hehe.... hope that I will remember to take it out two hours later la lalalala~~~

Last night, I ride my bike to meet Justin's "business partner". Justin is the guy who own me £5000 from the animation things.... um... the guy is okay, quite nice... thought that I could get back part of the money from him but the weather just distory the meeting. When I arrived the restaurant, I was already half wet. And then we talked about the contract things we have signed before. I really can't figure out why I had to go back home to pick up the contract to show him... It was rainning like hell and when i arrived the restaurant again... I was totally wet... I mean totally... inside my shoes, my under pants, everywhere... so horrible... haha.. and then we talked about the things a bit outside the restaurant. I missed the dinner supposed to be quite nice T_T and went back home, had a couple of .... and maybe thats a sign, telling me not to do anything for them... um.... maybe let me ask Eiji frist... and see what does he think~~

I have been waiting to see this movie for so long... first thing was because Christian Bale.... love his acting. I don't think a person can be thinner than this really, to a level that "If you were any thinner, you wouldn't exist". The genre is quite my type as well... um... honestly, the film is just okay... the visual was very nice... I would use beautiful to describe its colour. The soundtrack was good. In every scene, you can see the works behind. But I can't help to say, it is not that surprising me really.... the story is kind of old fashion... telling the spectator too much at the beginning~~ a bit too emphesis on the disgusting scene. um... I understand why Kenny had given me this kind of feedback when i asked him about this movie... um.... I would never say this movie is not good but...

nice dinner and a nice lunch

Had a nice dinner with Charlie and Bernard on Monday :D:D:D so happy... drank a tiny bit wine... wasn't bad as before... may try some more next time.... and then on tuesday, our office was closed and everyone went to a restaurant to have our "Xmas lunch" which suppose to happen on half year ago. It was nice though. Quite good food... and nice area... althought it was rainning.... I did enjoy the lunch except that was too much company status reported.... who cares.... The first time I spent 3.5 hours for a lunch haha.... We should ve a lunch like this once a month~~!! especially on summer.
